Combat and the more mobile disciplines fall to Secondary; she leads the holding line, she does not run ahead of it.
The Exorcist advances along a single narrow path: Shooting is its only Primary access, with Cunning as Secondary. It is an artillery hull, and it learns nothing but to fire better and place its shells more shrewdly.
The Novitiate advances as an initiate of the firing line. Her Primary access is Shooting and Cunning, the same marksman's road the full Sisters walk; the Signature set and the melee disciplines open only as Secondary. She learns to hold and shoot before she is trusted with anything harder.
The Paragon Warsuit advances as a command war-engine. Its Primary access is wide — Shooting, Combat, Brawn, Ferocity and Leadership — for a suit that anchors the centre and strikes as hard as it stands. Agility, Cunning and Savagery fall to Secondary; it is the immovable heart of the line, not its scout.
The Penitent Engine advances on wrath alone. Brawn, Combat and Ferocity are its Primary access — the disciplines of the grinding kill — with Shooting only as Secondary. The condemned soul within learns to close and to slaughter, nothing subtler.
The Repentia advances as a penitent blade. Brawn, Combat and Ferocity are her Primary road — everything that carries her into the enemy's ranks — with Agility and the Signature set as Secondary. She learns to reach the foe and to cut; her faith needs no other lesson.
The Retributor advances as the gunline's firebase. Shooting, Cunning, Brawn and the Signature set are her Primary access — the strength to bear the heavy weapon, the eye to place its fire, and the faith to guide it. Ferocity and Savagery fall to Secondary; her war is fought down the barrel, from a planted position.
The Seraphim advances as a mobile striker. Agility, Combat, Shooting and Cunning are her Primary access — the speed of the jump and the strike that follows it — while the Signature set opens only as Secondary. She is the Order's fast flank, and she learns the disciplines of movement the holding line sets aside.
The Sister Superior advances as a leader of the line. Her Primary access spans Leadership, Shooting, Cunning, Ferocity and the Signature set — the road of a Celestian who directs a knot of Sisters and holds their nerve. The mobile and heavy-melee disciplines fall to Secondary; she steadies the firing line, she does not charge ahead of it.
The specialist Champion advances toward her office. Cunning, Ferocity, Savagery and the Signature set are her Primary access — the faith and the guile of a Sister who sustains the line — with Leadership and Shooting as Secondary. She deepens the disciplines of her calling rather than the marksmanship of the rank and file.
