The Catachan Sergeant advances along the same hunter's lines as its Captain. It draws Primary from Agility, Combat, Cunning, Ferocity, Leadership and the Signature set — the ambush-leader's toolkit of closing, killing, and steadying the knot of fighters it leads. Brawn, Savant and Shooting are open as Secondary. This class grows into the local kill it delivers from cover.
The Commissar advances as the enforcer of the line. It draws Primary from Combat, Cunning, Ferocity, Leadership and the Signature set — the discipline officer's blend of the sword and the resolve it lends the gang. Agility, Brawn, Savant and Shooting remain open as Secondary. This class learns to keep men fighting where they would otherwise break.
The Demolitions Expert advances as a saboteur and marksman. It draws Primary from Agility, Cunning, Savant and Shooting — the skills of the fighter who works his way unseen to the charge and places it where it counts. Brawn, Combat, Ferocity and the Signature set remain open as Secondary. This class grows toward the trap and the breach, not the melee.
The Heavy-Weapons Team advances as the gang's firebase. It draws Primary from Brawn, Cunning, Savant and Shooting — the crew skills of serving a heavy weapon well from a concealed position. Ferocity and the Signature set remain open as Secondary. This class learns to hold a hide and make every burst from it count.
The Catachan Jungle Fighter advances as the Regiment's core hunter. It draws Primary from Agility, Combat, Cunning, Ferocity and the Signature set — everything the knife line needs to close unseen and kill at arm's length. Brawn, Savant and Shooting remain open as Secondary. This class grows deeper into the ambush it was raised to fight.
The Ogryn advances as a simple, brutal anvil. It draws Primary from Brawn, Combat and Ferocity — raw strength and the will to keep swinging. Shooting remains open as Secondary. This class learns little beyond hitting harder and falling slower, which is all that is asked of it.
The Regimental Medic advances as a support specialist. It draws Primary from Cunning, Leadership and Savant — the skills of staying alive, staying useful, and keeping the line whole. Ferocity, Shooting and the Signature set remain open as Secondary. This class grows toward the fighters it saves rather than the ones it kills.
The Special-Weapons Trooper advances toward the close breach. It draws Primary from Agility, Cunning, Shooting and the Signature set — the skills of carrying one devastating weapon to the exact point it is needed. Brawn, Combat, Ferocity and Savant remain open as Secondary. This class learns to loose its weapon from cover and vanish before the answer comes.
The Whiteshield advances narrowly, as a recruit still finding its feet. It draws Primary only from Agility — the first instinct the jungle teaches, to move unseen — with Brawn, Combat, Cunning, Ferocity, Savant and Shooting all open as Secondary. This class has everything still to learn, and the dark to learn it in.
