BANISHMENT. The force-blade and the closing litany do not merely cut a daemon — they sever it from the flesh it wears. Once per round, against a daemon or warp-entity within Short, this fighter makes a Willpower test; on a success the target suffers an immediate Wound that no save may prevent. Against any rule that keeps a daemon anchored to the battlefield through its own instability, a target so banished counts as having failed that anchor, dragged back toward the veil.

BIND THE DAEMONHOST. The radical's gambit — a daemon crushed into flesh and worn as a weapon. This skill permits its bearer to field a Daemonhost, which is otherwise locked to the warband. While this Inquisitor lives the binding holds, and the Daemonhost passes the first control test it fails each round without effect. The leash is strong — until the hand that holds it falls.

HATRED OF THE WARP. Long exposure to the unclean has burned the fear out of this fighter and left only loathing. This fighter is fearless against Terror or Fear caused by daemons or psykers, and re-rolls failed Nerve tests while within Short of a daemon. The closer the abomination, the steadier the zealot's certainty.

MONSTER-SLAYER. Trained on the anatomy of the unclean, this fighter knows where a great daemon is soft. Against any Brute, large, or multi-Wound daemon, this fighter re-rolls failed Wound rolls in melee and ignores any invulnerable bonus the target draws from sheer bulk. A lesser body facing a mountain of warp-flesh, striking for the seams the untrained never see.

PSYK-OUT ADEPT. This fighter has drilled the arc and weight of a psyk-out charge until it lands exactly where the witch stands. This fighter throws psyk-out grenades with +1 to hit and at +2" range. A psyker caught in the blast that then fails its Willpower test is left Pinned as well as suppressed, its concentration shattered along with its footing.

WARDING LITANY. The warder's chant is a single voice raised against the immaterium — the Aegis distilled into one throat. When an enemy Wyrd Power targets a friendly fighter within Short of this fighter, this fighter may attempt to deny it with a Willpower test; on a success the power is turned aside before it takes hold. Where the collective Aegis needs a clustered retinue to bite, this litany lets a lone warder stand between the warp and the fighter beside him.
